Return Policy

We at AdonisShirts.com proudly stand behind every shirt we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. All returns must be done within 14 days from the time of delivery.

 

We offer two methods to return items through our returns portal:

1. You may send the items back using our prepaid shipping label which costs $10.00. 
2. You may choose any carrier. Insure Your Package. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Please make sure the item is insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Adonis Shirts. This will protect you in case your package is lost in transit.

Please package your Return. Put the label on the outside of the package. 

AdonisShirts.com will not issue refunds or return any shirts that have been open (even if it was opened just to try on) or are missing the original tags and packaging. Any such items received by AdonisShirts.com will be held for 10 days before the items are disposed of, and no refund will be issued.

Merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in all of its original packaging.

Please do not use a bag/box that does not fit your return properly as the items will not be received in satisfactory condition.

All refunds will be issued in the form of original payment by AdonisShirts.com. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing of a return. Due to credit processing it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to be seen on your monthly statements.
